
This live online course runs March 5 through April 9, meeting Thursdays from 5:00–9:00 p.m. for five weeks.
This 25-hour immersion offers a deep, structured exploration of Yoga Nidra as a therapeutic, meditative and yogic practice. You will learn the philosophy, neuroscience, and energetic foundations behind the technique, as well as how to design and confidently guide complete Yoga Nidra journeys for diverse populations. Through lecture, practice, scripting, and peer teaching, you’ll leave with a working library of scripts, a repeatable framework for sequencing, and the clarity to share Yoga Nidra with individuals or groups in studio, online, or therapeutic settings.
